Poster presentation instructions

Page Setup

- The recommended dimensions (for a good legibility) are 84.1 × 118.9 cm . (format A0).

- Posters must be prepared in PORTRAIT style ( do not prepare a landscape poster).

- Poster should be structured to two columns.

Fonts

We suggest using the following fonts (Not mandatory):

- The title of the Poster (60 pt, Arial Bold, Colored)

-Name Surname1, Name Surname2 (48 pt, Arial Bold)

-Institution1; 1Institution2; (48 pt, Arial Regular)

-Section (48 pt, Arial Bold, Colored)

-Subsection 2(48 pt, Arial Bold)

-Highlighted text (24 pt, Arial Bold)

-Plain text (24 pt, Arial Regular)

- Design your poster so that it is easy to read and include some visuals.

- Important information( Conference header , Poster title) should be readable from about 3 meter away.

- The text, illustrations, etc. should be big enough to be read from a distance of 1.5 meters.
